Your information is being collected by Government Technology Platforms, Digital NSW, part of the NSW Department of Customer Service.

Why we collect your information

We collect personal information for the purposes of:

• Sending updates on the latest DDS components and best practices
• Providing access to DDS resources, including Figma libraries
• Improving and support service planning, product improvements, and future development.

These updates are offered as an ‘opt in’ subscription. You can 'opt out' at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter or contacting [email protected] directly.

The kinds of information we collect

We may collect the following information:

• First and last name
• Your role
• NSW Government email address
• Which team and agency you work for
• Government portfolio
• Your topics of interest
• Type of access for Figma and reason

How we collect information

We collect your information directly from you through online registration forms.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Manage DDS mailing lists and subscriber information,
• Provide access to DDS resources, including Figma libraries,
• Support DDS service planning, product improvements, and future development.

Who we share information with

We may share your information with our third-party mailing service provider to distribute and manage email notifications.

We will not disclose your information to anybody else, except for when you have given your consent.

How long we keep information for

We will only keep information for as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.

Our third-party mailing service provider will store your personal information for as long as you subscribe to these notifications. If you unsubscribe, your information will be deleted from their systems and servers.

How we keep information secure

We maintain a Privacy Management Plan (opens in a new window), which outlines how we comply with NSW privacy laws, and the measures we have in place to help protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure, or other misuse.
